Assam Direct Recruitment Admit Card
Govt. of Assam has already completed the online application process for the recruitment of 25792 Grade III & Grade IV Vacancy under various departments of government. Under the name of “Assam Direct Recruitment 2022“, the state Govt. is going to recruit these no of candidates through a single written exam along with skill test for each category of posts and accordingly a merit list will be prepared for appointment.
The written test results have already been declared and the candidates qualified in written exam must appear in a Stenographer Skill Test. The admit cards of Assam Direct Recruitment Driving Skill Test will be released on 10th February 2023 and candidates may download their admit cards from this page.

On 4th December 2022, State Level Recruitment Commission confirmed that the examination for the recruitment of Class-III and Class-IV under Assam Direct Recruitment is to be held in the month of December 2022. Syllabus of Class III Recruitment:
➢ State Level Recruitment Commission (SLRC) has already released the official Assam Direct Recruitment syllabus for Class III or Grade III posts. Aspiring candidates may check following section for more details about syllabus.

- Negative marking: There shall be no negative marking.
- Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2. The candidates who qualify in the written examination will be called for computer proficiency test/skill test/interview.

- No of exams: There shall be two exams on the same day, one for posts/ categories of posts for read upto Class VIII category and another for posts/categories of posts for HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category.
- Type of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- No of questions: 135 MCQs
- Total marks: 135 marks
- Date of exam: 21st August 2022
- Timing of exam: 10 AM to 12 PM (Class VIII posts) | 2 PM to 4 PM (Class X posts)
- Duration of exam: 2 hours
- Negative marking: There shall be no negative marking.
- Selection Process: The selection of candidates for inviting them for interview/ skill test will be in the ratio of 1:2. Candidates scoring identical marks in the written examination will be invited for appearing in the interview/skill test, irrespective of ratio mentioned as above.
Class IV/ Grade IV Syllabus Details:
- The syllabus of the examination for recruitment to the Class-IV Posts shall be in consonance with the prescribed SCERT syllabus of Class VIII Examination and Class X (HSLC Examination) for read upto Class VIII category and HSLC passed or equivalent examination passed category respectively.
