Other Criteria of Assam Commando Battalion Recruitment:
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and not more than 24 years as on 1st January 2023. Candidate must be born on or before 01-01-2003 and on or after 01-01-1999.
Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident of Assam.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
Age Relaxation: Category-wise upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below-
- SC/ST(H)/ST(P): 5 (five) years
- OBC/ MOBC: 3 (three) years
